Meet Cherizza

I've taken an unconventional career path, but the throughline has always been clear: I’m driven by a passion for helping people realize they’re capable of more than they imagined. At the heart of every business are people—and too often, bad systems stifle great talent. I believe we can do better. And I’m here to help fix that.

I’m a seasoned strategy and operations leader, an 8x Chief of Staff, and most recently, the VP of Strategy and Business Transformation at Stitch Fix, where I led the company’s turnaround strategy. Before that, I was a Strategic Crisis Response Principal in the CEO’s office at Google, guiding the company’s response to major geopolitical and social issues.

Earlier in my journey, I worked with Code2040 and the Sandberg Goldberg and Bernthal Family Foundation, focusing on building a more inclusive tech industry. My foundation in leadership was built at Intel, where I grew up in HR and learned what it means to lead with accountability, integrity, and a relentless focus on outcomes.

Today, I’m channeling my energy into what I care about most: helping people build a better world. I’m the founder of a health tech startup focused on post-surgical recovery, and I provide fractional leadership and strategic advising to organizations looking to scale with purpose. Think of me as your strategic partner—your right hand, your mirror, and your guide to unlocking your next level of leadership.

Outside of work, you’ll find me using my WSET Level II wine certification at a local wine bar, walking my dog through Capitol Hill, and championing the growth of women’s sports.
